Dear People of the Future

Dear people of the future,

These are our art projects that we made back in 2021. This is the way that we made art back then, and these are our visions of what we thought might happen in the future.

Did any of these come true? Hopefully you like looking at our art pieces, and maybe they’ll go back in the time capsule for another 50 years. And maybe in another 50 years someone else will make another time capsule and we will keep adding on to our projects.

Here are some questions that we have for you:

Can you travel into animes, or are amines even popular anymore?

How far has gaming technology gone?

Can you walk into and experience a game with your whole body?

What is Covid like? Is Covid a serious thing anymore? Does everyone have to get a Covid vaccine every year?

Are there any other diseases or things going around?

Are video games more advanced? What kind of consoles are there? What kind of games are new?

Are there time machines and if there are can you come back in time and show us if any of these things that we have created for you have been invented?

Things I want people to know in the future about this time:

I’m tired of wearing masks everywhere I go outside, except when I’m with my family. It would be really awesome if we stopped having to wear masks. I’m tired of people dying from Covid all the time, like every day.

Also during this time you were more connected with your family, because you couldn’t go outside and hang out. I’m learning more about people, for example some people who are more quiet tend to talk more. Last year I was more shy, and I was different around people. I said sorry for a lot of things that weren’t my fault. I said sorry for other people’s mistakes, and didn’t realize that it wasn’t my fault.

Quick history class- this time period is a struggling time period because of covid. Not many people can do their jobs because they have to have close interactions. If I have changed in the previous year, I would say that I have a better smile because of having braces. I’m spending more time with my family now, but not always in person.

I want to tell my future self to always be yourself and care what other people think.

Thank you for looking at our art and have a good day.
